Alright I want to whine a bit so pardon me here. Since Monday it has been raining letting up just enough to drive me nuts. The inspector came yesterday and it wasnt raining then just overcast, he approved the job the roofers are doing on the house so YEAH! Roofers said ohh we will be back when it stops raining, they leave and it hasnt stopped since, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. All I want is the roof and the house finished so my house will stop looking like a the hurrican came in it and puked on everything. I sweep and mop daily because I cant do anything else to clean up and it still looks bad. I mean I cant even control my sewing area right now because it is everywhere and that isnt my fault this time. LOL. Told hubby if this is going to take another month he needs to build me a little shed in the back yard for me to work in so I can control something here. Yes I do have a tendency to need to be a control freak. If there is no order then that means utter chaos and well a little chaos is ok but too much and I become Psycho Jonie. LOL. I just throw things. Normally breaking something and then cleaning all night like my life depended on it and well I quite frankly am getting sick of cleaning till 10 at night because things are going my way. My hands hurt. LOL alright done whining, thank you soo much for listening to this crazy person.

Ohh wanted to give everyone a roofer update, we got a the new tar paper down. LOL and that is it. LOL. Alright Texas is a great state to live in but the worst place to have a natural disaster. Now that we got part of the roof finished we have to wait for an inspector and well because of all the funky rules and what not cannot under any circumstance go any further till the inspector comes, so we wait, estimated time is 3-4 days, but in Texas time that means we could wait up to 2 weeks. Dont get me wrong I understand the Inspectors are tied up at the moment with everyone else that wants their roof inspected but OMG this is hilarious and insane. So I have half a roof and sitting here praying that it does not under any circumstance rain.

After the roof is done we get to work on the inside of the upstairs pulling sheet rock out and replacing it and painting it. Cant wait to pick new colors for Davin's room. I know I told you all I would put before and after photos of his room up, I just keep putting it off, doesnt help that his room is still a little messy, LOL how cares, I know, it got the most damage and I am embarassed that is all. LOL. ALright enough jabbering. Thought I would give you an update on that crazyness.

Alright ladies and gents I am in a spectacular mood today.

Got the roofers here working on my house, yeah finally, I am so excited.

Got some more new crayon rolls made, and I got a new store selling my crayon rolls for me, we are still working out the consignment details but exciting none the less.
Here are the crayon rolls that I finished today.
Each one already has a buyer, but I have an extra set that is not sold so if you are interested I will let you buy it, other wise it is going to my new shop in NJ for consignment purposes.

Alright finally we have a contract for the roofers to come out and start work on the house for next Wednesday. Took us what almost 2 months to get some one out here. I swear, Texas is so slow when it comes to this repair the house stuff. I know we havent had a storm like this in over 20 something years but come on. Any ways, contract is signed and they start soon. And got word yesterday that while all that is going on my street will be repaved. Yeah my house is really going to be a mess, there will be dust from the workers coming in and out and then dust from the road crew, I think I moving to a hotel for a few weeks, Ugh it is going to be soooo nasty and then all my stuff for the shop will get dusty too. Nasty!!! I will have to put plastic on top of everything that isnt getting moved, ohh I got a head ache just thinking about it now. Alright note to self Jonie, next hurricane be more specific about what you want. LOL dont just tell it to come to your house, tell it to demolish your house. So you dont have to do this again. And get better insurance so that they dont screw you over again. Ohh and kick In laws out so that you dont have to hear them moaning and crying about how they have to move their furniture for the house repair, Why would I move their stuff out of my house for their room to get fixed, they live in it they should move it yes!!! Or am I off on that one. Ohh well house is finally getting worked on and I am super happy. LOL.
